职位描述:
Job Responsibility: 1.Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems through identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes including conducting process analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, conferring with suppliers, and soliciting observations from the operators/production technicians. 2.Refine and enhance processes by applying continuous improvement and key Lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to areas of production. 3.Recommend product changes/improvements to Product Engineers. 4.Coordinate input that may cross multiple teams or areas; make recommendations, and implement changes. 5.Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm and validate manufacturing process requirements. 6.Determine root cause of failure using statistical methods (e.g., design of experiment, SPC, 6 sigma) that may result in changes in design, tolerances, or processing methods. 7.Communicate with customer and provide first-fit solutions, take lead on project management base on customer or internal requirement, set up project time-line requirement and coordinate with multiple function team. 8.Evaluate capital equipment investments and prepare cost justifications. 9.Design and prepare concept drawings of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment. Manage the overall implementations of capital equipment projects. 10.Develop tooling and fixtures for new products and processes and work with tooling vendors to supply such designs. 11.Identify and implement solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions. 12.Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures. 13.Prepare reports summarizing analyzed process information and trends. 14.Share specialized knowledge with others. Qualifications: 凱 1.University or higher Degree in related Engineering or Technology field and 10~15 years of related experience required. 2.5~10 engineering management experiences are preferred. 3.Fluent in written and spoken English 4.Must possess strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use measuring tools, and hands-on capabilities to work on projects 5.Prefer Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, FMEAs, and quality systems experience.
